PharmaSystems to Exhibit Two Innovative Systems at INTERPHEX

PharmaSystems Inc. will be exhibiting two very innovative systems at the 2016 Interphex. An RDS (Rapid Decon System) from Franz Ziel GmbH and an RWM 120 vial and ampoule washer from ROTA Verpackungstechnik GmbH will be on display at booth no. 3743. Both systems are designed and manufactured in Germany.

The RDS represents a new convenient procedure for the processing of parenteral and aseptic products. It enables the decontamination of material/tools and RTP containers off -line in one step. This avoids the need for a fixed RDH(Rapid Decon Hatch) at the isolator, which can present ergonomic issues. It is a flexible solution for multiple section isolators and multiple filling line applications. The system provides very short VHP cycles (6 log reduction) and is independent of the onsite HVAC. We believe this system developed by Ziel, is the first of its kind currently available.

The RWM 120 is a very compact, cGMP compliant washer that has ten (10) independent wash/dry stations that are self draining. These stations have programmable circuit timers which enable optimized cleaning for each container size and shape. It has continuous motion operation with servo drives which also allows very quick and easy changeover with dedicated change parts. The vial size range is1-100ml and the output is up to 120/min. The machine is available as a standalone unit or it can be integrated with a sterilization tunnel. ROTA’s product line offers excellent value to the US market .
