In this podcast we welcome back INTERPHEX presenter and exhibitor, Alex Wardell of Kyoto America. In the first session he covered their Syringe Assembly machine which has the unique capability of threading a plunger rod into a stoppered pre- filled syringe. Wardell goes into detail about the capabilities of their precision labeling system which coordinates together multiple vision systems and mechanical motion to improve placement accuracy. The precise application of this label onto a 1ml syringe is necessary to ensure accurate partial dosing from the syringe with confidence.
