In the first session he covered their Syringe Assembly machine which has the unique capability of threading a plunger rod into a stoppered pre- filled syringe. Part two covers another important aspect of the parenteral drug industry, precision labeling of such medical devices.


Wardell goes into detail about the capabilities of their precision labeling system which coordinates together multiple vision systems and mechanical motion to improve placement accuracy. The precise application of this label onto a 1ml syringe is necessary to ensure accurate partial dosing from the syringe with confidence.
